With today’s recipe you can make a liter (4 cups) of tomato sauce to prepare delicious meals for your family.

1 kilo of ripe tomatoes

1 garlic clove cut into 3 pieces

1/4 sliced white onion

1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt



Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a hot pan

Add the garlic clove and onion. Stir fry until the onion is translucent, it takes about 3 minutes

Add the聽 tomatoes chunks聽 in the blender, onion and garlic and strain.

Heat it up and add half of teaspoon of salt

When聽 it starts聽 boiling cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes

Remove from stove an let it cool down

Store the sauce in glass jar. It will last up to a week in the refrigerator

You聽 can freeze it in different size containers, it last up to 8 months in the freezer
